Line Processes
Hebeler has structured our facilities with individual lines for separate processes (off-set manufacturing). This includes such operations as piping and welding.

Line processes significantly enhances efficiency and consistency which ultimately impacts on final quality. Since restructuring our processes, we have cut man hours in half on typical projects. Lead times have been reduced by as much as 50% and production costs have been cut as much as 30%.
